Golf Course Superintendent
Experience
Bobby has over 10 years of experience managing turf on the East Coast. He has extensive knowledge about cool-season grasses and has experience with warm-season grasses. He has worked at clubs ranging from 18-45 holes along with grass tennis and racquet facilities. A student of Agronomy, Bobby prides himself in continuing education while participating in the local and national associations.

Team Building
At the end of the day, it is the strength of a well trained and organized staff that allows for constant improvement. Bobby performs quarterly connections with each employee through out the year. Adapting to each employee and hearing their feedback is crucial to developing a strong staff. He is a firm believer in leading by example, there is no better way to motivate your staff than working side by side with them and doing whatever it takes to get the job done. Each year a member of the Agronomy team gets the opportunity to volunteer at a tournament. This helps grow the Superintendent's network and the possibility of recruiting top talent from around the world.
